Four adorable Northern Cheetah cubs born at Fota Wildlife Park
Four adorable Northern Cheetah cubs were recently born at Fota Wildlife Park.
This is great news as the species is considered vulnerable on the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List.
Now the park is calling for help to name the six-week-old cubs, where the public will have the chance of a winning year-long conservation membership for each name chosen. Click Here to enter your suggestions.
Although the mother – Nimpy – is keeping her cubs safely and securely in the den where they were born, they are starting to become active and can be viewed in the camera screen at their habitat on Cheetah Hill.
The Wildlife Park is open daily to the public from 10 am.
The cheetahs were born on 12 November, but the information was only revealed last week.
