Vege swop-out at Liberty Grill


In the month of January, Liberty Grill are running a Vege swop-out for people who would like to try their vegetarian and plant based dishes but are just not quite sure.
Liberty Grill will gladly swap a vegetarian/vegan dish if anyone regrets their choice but they feel confident you’ll be happy.
APPLE & CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST
Poached apple dusted with cinnamon on pan-fried sourdough topped with toasted flaked almonds & maple soy yogurt
MEXICAN SCRAMBLE
East Ferry free range eggs, scrambled, enriched with grated mature cheddar cheese, mixed with tomato & jalapeno peppers and crispy tortilla on toasted sourdough
SPICED HONEY HALLOUMI BURGER
Spiced Halloumi cheese, pan-fried, drizzled with our own pollen rich RAW honey from a Hive in Fountainstown, kept by HiveMind.ie, on roasted vegetables, rocket and served with sweet potato wedges.
TEMPEH GYROS
Maple, tamari and sriracha marinated tempeh with baby gem lettuce, tomato & red onion on grilled flatbread with tzatziki and served with a quinoa tabbouleh
CHIPOTLE JACKFRUIT ENCHILADA
Pulled jackfruit and black beans wrapped in corn tortillas topped with tomato sauce and soy sour cream. Served with salsa and crispy veg salad
Also our our main menu vegetarian and plant based QUINOA FRITTERS, EGGS FLORENTINE, SAN FRAN SALAD, FALAFEL BURGER, LIBERTY NUTBURGER , BLACKENED TEMPEH BURGER.
